The Cabinet considered a report of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services which presented proposals for the revision of the Council’s Constitution (for copy see file of minutes).

Cabinet Members referred to the 13,000 services delivered by the authority in a rapidly changing environment and highlighted the importance of keeping control and up to date with constitutional changes. 

Resolved:

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
