The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director, Neighbourhood Services which sought approval for Licensing Services to begin formal public consultation on proposed revisions to the existing Durham County Council Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy (for copy see file of minutes).

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
