In accordance with the Council Procedure Rules, the following question was asked:
Councillor O Temple
How much was invested in each of the following Household Waste Recycling Centres during the improvement programme carried out in 2010, and ho much of that does the council expect to be able to recover if a decision is taken to close them?
Broomsdene, Cragwood, Thornley, Todhills, Hett Hills, Stainton Grove.
Councillor B Young informed Council that the question related to a report on the review of access to and provision of Household Waste Recycling Centres that was to be considered by Cabinet on 27 October 2011, and as such, a response to Councillor Temple’s question would be provided at that meeting once the report had been considered.
