Subject to the outcome of the decision of full Council on 19 July, the above report will be published on a supplemental agenda, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

The Leader of the Council informed Cabinet that consideration of the matter on Home to School Transport Services item was subject to the outcome of the decision made at full Council on 19 July.
At the Council meeting held on 19 July Council resolved not to refer the matter back to the Cabinet, and consequently, the decision became effective on the date of the Council meeting.
On that basis, Cabinet were not required to consider the matter and the item was withdrawn.
