There seems to be an influx of investors from outside of the area buying property in the area to be used as HMO's. These HMO's will break down the very fabric that East Durham is made up of. We are a very family orientated community and support each other whenever it is needed. We already have overstretched public services such as the Police, Doctors etc. A local dentist has over 1,000 people waiting to register as a patient. Why should outside investors be able to come in and destroy our communities by converting properties into HMO's
