Purpose of the Report
1 To report the sections of the Council’s Forward Plan which are within the Sub-Committee’s jurisdiction.
Background
2 Under the new Constitution, the Executive is required to produce a Forward Plan indicating key decisions covering a four month period.
3 The key decisions relevant to this Sub-Committee included in the Forward Plan are set out in the attached documentation. The format has been amended slightly to improve the level of information included.
4 The information in the Forward Plan provides the Sub-Committee with the opportunity of considering whether it wishes to seek to influence any of these key decisions or to seek further information.
5 If the Sub-Committee wishes to consider any of the key decisions, this could be included in the work programme.
Recommendation
6 You are recommended to give consideration to the Forward Plan.
