Report of Chief Officer Appointments Committee
The Chief Officer Appointments Committee met on Tuesday 5 February 2008 to interview three internal candidates for the post of Acting Chief Executive and resolved that John Richardson, the current Corporate Director Environment, be offered the post subject to the confirmation of the Council in accordance with Article 4.02(i) of the Constitution.
The Committee therefore RECOMMENDS that John Richardson be appointed to the post of Acting Chief Executive with effect from 1 April 2008.
