Report of Head of Overview and Scrutiny
1. The Constitution requires this Committee to appoint to its Sub-Committees on an annual basis. The Committee is composed of 52 Councillors (excluding Members of the Cabinet and the Chairman of the Council), 5 Voting Church and Parent Governor Representatives and up to 6 non-voting Co-optees.
2. The current composition of the Sub-Committees are set out below:-
(a) Developing Lifelong Learning Sub-Committee (25 Councillors, 5 voting Church and Parent Governor
