Item: A4 Exclusion of the Public
Under this Item the Committee / Sub-Committee will pass the appropriate resolution under Section 100 A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the public be excluded from the meeting for any items of urgent business which may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs contained within Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the said Act.
