Decision details

a) Distribution of 70% of the ICF to care homes and domiciliary care providers

on a per bed / per service user basis; and c70% of the TF to care homes

on a per bed basis, as specified by DHSC. This includes a small number of

care homes / domiciliary care providers not contracting with DCC.

b) Distribution of the remaining 30% of both ICF and TF to day services and

for additional support as required to care homes / domiciliary care

providers (including extra care & supported living services) in recognition of

the pressures on those sectors locally, including those relating to testing.

Discretionary allocation to be distributed as permitted by DHSC guidance.

c) Redistribution as far as possible within timescales of any funding refused /

returned by providers, in line with DHSC grant conditions
