Delegated decision as per the constitution for the Corporate Director of Resources, utilising the delegated powers afforded to him under Table 1 paragraph 4, subsection D of the Councils Constitution approve the Council’s administration of the Government’s Household Support Fund, as outlined below:

The scheme has been developed in line with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) guidelines and priorities and eligibility criteria. The detail is set out within the attached delegated decision report and provides a range of strands of support for households experiencing financial difficulty between 1 April and 30 September 2022.
