Note: Public Notice of urgent Key Decision (GENERAL EXCEPTION) and the decision to be exempt from Call-in. In accordance with paragraph 14 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules, and paragraph 19(a) of the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules, the following key decision which was not published in accordance with paragraph 13 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules is to be made by the Cabinet on 16 June 2021, and will be exempt from the call-in procedure due to the urgent nature of the decision being made. Inter alia, the Submission of a bid for £20m from the Levelling Up Fund to be spent on projects in the Bishop Auckland Constituency – Joint Report of Corporate Director of Regeneration, Economy and Growth and Interim Corporate Director of Resources.
