Application for the Grant of a Private Hire Driver Licence Minutes: The Chair welcomed the Licence Holder to the meeting and introductions were made. He was accompanied by his partner.
Consideration was given to the report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhood Services which requested members to consider the granting of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence. The Licensing Team Leader circulated to Members a copy of an e-mail from Durham Constabulary.
The Applicant presented his case and responded to questions from Members of the Sub-Committee.
Members of the Sub-Committee left to deliberate in private at 10.10 am.
After reconvening at 10.30 am, the Chair delivered the Sub-Committee’s decision.
Resolved: That the applicant be granted a Private Hire Driver’s Licence. |
