The Cabinet considered a joint report of the Corporate Director Regeneration and Economic Development and Corporate Director Resources which sought endorsement of the action taken to vary the terms of an agreement made for the disposal of land at Heighington Lane, Aycliffe linked to the Hitachi development (for copy see file of Minutes).

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
