The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director, Children and Adults Services which informed Cabinet of a delegated decision, made under the delegated powers set out in paragraph 12 of the General Delegations Table One to transfer Investing in Children to a Community Interest Company (for copy see file of Minutes).

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
