That Councillor R Bell of Sunderland City Council be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Joint Committee for the ensuing year.
Councillor Bell thanked members and officers for their support during the last year and congratulated the Museum on all of the achievements over the year. He also thanked Peter Cowen, who represented the Personnel Adviser, for all of his hard work as he was retiring and this was his last meeting. The Joint Committee agreed that Mr Cowen should receive an unlimited pass.
