The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director Neighbourhood Services which sought approval to disband the Joint Committee for the North of England Open Air Museum and to agree that the Council’s involvement in the management of the museum should in future be though the Regional Stakeholders Group and the right to nominate directors to the Board of Beamish Museum (for copy see file of minutes).

Resolved:

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
