The Cabinet considered a joint report of the Corporate Director Regeneration and Economic Development and Corporate Director Resources which sought approval for a new Office Building and Retail Unit at Freeman’s Reach, Durham City with the freehold transferring to the Council on completion of this term (for copy see file of minutes).
Resolved:
That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
