The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director, Regeneration and Economic Development which advised on the comments received following the final statutory consultation on the Pre-Submission Draft version of the County Durham Plan and the Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule (for copy see file of minutes).

Cabinet members referred to the extensive consultation process that had been undertaken, and thanked all those who had been involved.

Resolved:

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
