The Cabinet considered a joint report of the Corporate Director Neighbourhood Services and Corporate Director Regeneration and Economic Development which considered the current position and future direction of travel in relation to providing face to face access to services through Customer Access Points, presented options for consideration and proposed a way forward in the light of customer requirements and savings targets (for copy see file of minutes).

That the recommendation contained in the report be approved.
