The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director Resources which sought approval to appoint a new Director to represent the County Council on the Board of Inspiredspaces Durham Limited, the Council’s Building Schools for the Future contractor (for copy see file of Minutes).

Members expressed their thanks to David Shirer for his professional and diligent work on the Board as the County Council’s representative.

That the recommendation in the report be approved.
