The Council considered a report from Cabinet which provided details of the Cabinet’s budget recommendations in respect of the Housing Revenue Account Medium Term Financial Plan for 2014/15 to 2016/17 and the 2013/15 budget.

Resolved:

That the report of the Cabinet and its recommendations be adopted in full
