The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director Neighbourhood Services which reviewed the current position regarding the Council’s involvement with festivals and events and to provide a framework to ensure best use of existing resources to create a vibrant and diverse programme if events and festivals (for copy see file of minutes).

That the recommendations contained in the report be agreed.
