The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director, Neighbourhood Services which set out a proposal for the procurement of an experienced, well established and successful Cinema and Film Partner to become a cultural partner with Culture and Sport to develop the cinema and film offer across the County (for copy see file of minutes).

The Corporate Director, Neighbourhood Services advised of an amendment to the report in that it should read that the BATH Cinema operation had circa of 45 films per year, not 15.

Resolved:

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
