The Cabinet considered a Joint report of the Corporate Director, Regeneration and Economic Development and the Corporate Director, Resources which
provided Cabinet with an update on progress for the council to develop and manage a programme of market housing for rent and sale on its own land (for copy see file of minutes).
Resolved:
The recommendations contained in the report be approved.
