Agenda item

The Committee were informed by the Legal Adviser that the Council had received a pre-action protocol letter of intended judicial review proceedings from the legal representatives of one of the objectors, United Parcel Service.  Given that the letter had only been received in the office within a few hours before the meeting, the Committee were advised that consideration of the item should be deferred to a future meeting, to ensure that the letter could be given proper consideration and responded to accordingly.
