The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director, Neighbourhood Services which reviewed enforcement activities under the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991, the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 and the LicensingAct 2003 for the period April 2015 to March 2016.  The report also sought approval to a new enforcement programme for 2016/17 (for copy see file of minutes).

Resolved:

The Cabinet approved the recommendation contained in the report.
