The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director of Regeneration and Local Services which updated on the outcomes of the recent consultation on the proposed changes to the Durham Key Options Lettings Policy. Approval was sought to implement the policy changes as set out in the report (for copy see file of minutes).

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
