Minutes:
Questions had been received from the 3 Towns Area Action Partnership and East Durham Area Action Partnership relating to the following:
· Investment in Wi-Fi access points in areas such as parks, town centres and communal spaces.
· The provision of Money Advice into schools or through other mechanisms that young people could access;
· Structure/support the Council could offer to the most vulnerable in communities following the capping of benefits and rolling out of Universal Credit.
Sandy Denney, 3 Towns AAP Coordinator and Shealagh Pearce, East Durham AAP Principal Coordinator were in attendance to ask their questions.
Councillor N Foster, Portfolio Holder for Economic Regeneration thanked the 3 Towns AAP and the East Durham AAP for their questions and provided a response to all questions.
