Minutes:
Dr Bill Moir reflected on a remarkable and exciting two years in which he supported Past Mayors Councillor Jan Blakey and Councillor Eddie Bell during their terms in office. He expressed what an honour it had been to represent the City of Durham and recalled many highlights. He asked that Charter Trustees join the Mayor in attending as many occasions as possible and looked forward to supporting Councillor Katie Corrigan in her role as Deputy Mayor.
