The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director or Adult and Health Services which reviewed enforcement activities under the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991, the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 and the Licensing Act 2003 for the period April 2016 to March 2017 and sought approval of a new enforcement programme for 2017/18 (for copy see file of minutes).

Resolved:

That the recommendation in the report be approved.
