Minutes:
The Head of Legal and Democratic Services referred to the advice previously provided to enable Members to determine whether they needed to declare an interest in agenda item 13. The Head of Legal and Democratic Services then advised of declarations that had been made.
The following Members declared an interest as having a close family member who was a Teaching Assistant, or other registerable prejudicial interests, and withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the business:-
