Minutes:
The Chairman of the Committee, Councillor Kay declared an interest in the matter under consideration as he was a volunteer at Kynren. The Councillor advised that he would leave the meeting after he had spoken on the proposals as the local Member of the adjoining ward which was affected by the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order.
Councillor Kay retired from the Chair and nominations were sought for a Chair for the meeting.
Resolved:
That Councillor J Turnbull be elected as Chairman.
