Variation of condition 2 of application DM/15/01599/FPA relating to the design and size of the garage (Retrospective)

The Committee considered a report of the Senior Planning Officer regarding a variation of condition 2 of application reference DM/15/01599/FPA relating to the design and size of the garage (for copy see file of Minutes).

The Senior Planning Officer explained the design and size of the garage and its rural setting.  The Committee were informed that the garage had been built slightly bigger than it had supposed to be. However, there was no significant impact, that the development conformed with policies regarding the character and appearance of the area, did not conflict with parts 7 and 11 of the NPPF and Teesdale Local Plan Policies.

Resolved

That the application be approved.
