Minutes:
The Committee considered a report of the Senior Licensing Officer which requested Members to consider the ongoing suitability of a Licence Holder to continue to hold a Personal Licence (for copy see file of Minutes).
In the absence of the Senior Licensing Officer, the Licensing Team Leader informed Members that the Licence Holder had advised that he was unable to attend the hearing and had not submitted a written representation. The Sub-Committee considered that the Licence Holder should be given a further opportunity to attend in person, and it was Resolved that the hearing be adjourned.
