The Committee considered a report of Independent Advisers Mercer which recommended a change to the Pension Fund’s strategic asset allocation.
Resolved:
That the proposed changes discussed by Members be agreed and authority be delegated to the Corporate Director of Resources to:-
· undertake a private equity manager selection exercise
· investigate the various routes for implementing an equity protection strategy.
