Councillor J Clark declared an interest in Item 5a as a member of the Durham City Housing Group (CDHG) Operations Board. It was noted that she would leave the Chamber and take no part in the discussion or voting thereon. Councillor R Manchester declared an interest in Item 5a as he had a close association with one of the objectors.
