Local Code of Corporate Governance - Report of Corporate Director of Resources

Minutes:

The Council considered a report of the Corporate Director of Resources regarding the inclusion of an updated Local Code of Corporate Governance in the revised Council Constitution (for copy see file of Minutes),

 

Moved by Councillor A Napier, seconded by Councillor Henig and

 

Resolved:

That the updated Local Code of Corporate Governance be approved to replace the existing version in the Council Constitution.
