The minutes of the meeting held on 21 February 2018 were confirmed by the Council as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Councillor Temple informed Council that he wished to clarify that comments he had made at the meeting on 21 February 2018 regarding the Council’s Budget for 2018/19 were not directed towards officers who had drafted the report but were in opposition to the decision of the leading political group to raise Council Tax by 5%.
