The minutes of the meeting held 5 April 2018 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Councillor P Howell confirmed that following the last meeting he had met with the Principal Accountant as regards his queries in terms of how information was presented, information looking at outcomes and looking at the large changes between Quarters 2 and 3 in terms of accuracy and reporting.  He commented that he intended to have a further discussion with the Principal Accountant prior to the September meeting in relation to how the information is presented and to provide detail of questions that he would intend to ask at the Committee.
