With an amendment to paragraph 6 of minute number 8 to change ‘Full Service’ to ‘Full Circle’, the minutes of the meeting held on Friday 19 October 2018 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair. 

The following matters arising were reported by the Senior Partnership Officer:

Item  3 –  It was reported thatCouncillor Bainbridge had participated in the Care Leavers’ Challenge and an account of her experience was to be shared with the Panel under any other business.

Item 8 – A certificate from the Corporate Parenting Panel has been sent to the young boy who attended the meeting held on 19 October.
