The Committee considered the report of the Corporate Director of Regeneration and Local Services which asked Members to consider the application by Durham Constabulary to review the premises licence in respect of the Best Kebab One, Bishop Auckland.

The Premises Licence Holder had asked for an adjournment in view of his appointed Solicitor not being in attendance.

Members considered the adjournment and with the agreement of all parties agreed to defer the application until 30 October 2018.

The Chairman advised the Premises Licence Holder that the application would be considered on the 30 October 2018 with no further adjournment.

Resolved: That the application be deferred until the 30 October 2018.
