Cost of Providing an Honours Board - Honorary Aldermen - Report of the Clerk to Charter Trustees

Charter Trustees considered a report of the Clerk that provided costs for the installation of a new honours board for the names of Honorary Aldermen in the Town Hall, Durham City (for copy see file of minutes).

 

The Clerk reported the estimated costs that had been obtained from Direct Services for the manufacture, supply and installation of a new oak honours board to be displayed in the Lantern Room of the Town Hall costing £643.00.

 

Resolved:

That costs for the manufacture, supply and installation of a new honours board in accordance with the estimate provided be approved.
