The Head of Children’s Social Care presented a report which detailed the revised Corporate Parenting Panel Terms of Reference (for copy of report see file of minutes).

The Senior Partnership Officer informed the Panel that the revised terms of reference makes provision to increase the number of co-opted members, to a maximum of 10.

Resolved:

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
