Minutes:
Councillor A Bainbridge informed the Committee that the application at Agenda Item 5 (c) was within his electoral division. While he had been contacted by the applicant, he had held no discussions about the application.
Councillors I Jewell and A Shield informed the Committee that they had been contacted by the applicant for item at Agenda Item 5 (b) but had no personal or prejudicial interest in the application and would await discussion of the application before making a determination of it.
