Verbal Update by Jonathan Slee, Overview and Scrutiny Officer.
Minutes:
The Overview and Scrutiny Officer noted that the joint Working Group of the Children and Young People’s and Safer and Stronger Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committees looking at the topic of Residential Children’s Care Homes would meet the following week and would look at issues in relation to the accreditation scheme and partnership arrangements.

noted that in relation to the Committee’s chosen topic for
review, Road Safety
Strategy, the Overview and Scrutiny Officer was working with the
Head of Technical Services and other Officers with the first
meeting of the working group to take place on 1 May
2019.
