Resolved:
That Councillor K Corrigan be elected to the Office of Chairman of the Council for the ensuing year.
Councillor K Corrigan subscribed the Statutory Declaration accepting the Office.
Councillor J Lethbridge vacated the Chair.

In accepting the Office of Chairman of the Council the Chairman informed Council that it would be an honour and privilege to carry out such a role.
The Chairman informed Council that the charity she would be supporting during her Term of Office was Age UK County Durham.
