The Committee considered the report of the Corporate Director of Regeneration and Local Services which asked Members to consider the application by Durham County Council Local Weights and Measures Authority to review the premises licence in respect of Premier Food & Wine, Shield Row.

The Premises Licence Holder had asked for an adjournment in view of his appointed Solicitor not being in attendance. Members considered the adjournment and agreed to defer the application.

The Chairman advised the Premises Licence Holder that the application would be considered on the next available date with no further adjournment.

Resolved:

That the application be deferred.
