Minutes:
The Chair welcomed the Licence Holder and his supporter to the meeting and introductions took place.
The Licence Holder requested the meeting be adjourned in order for him to seek legal advice. He had been unable to meet with his legal representative due to a period of leave.
At 10.50 a.m. the Chair delivered the Sub-Committees decision.
Resolved:
That the application be adjourned until 2 October.
