Minutes:
Councillor Crathorne declared an interest in item numbered 10 on the Agenda which considered the ongoing suitability of a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence. The Member knew the vehicle licence holder personally. Councillor Crathorne left the meeting when the report was considered.
